Note: Full access provided.In terms of the interpretation of the term ‘awaiting allocation to a case officer’, the report captures all Information Commissioner reviews (IC reviews) in which any preliminary inquiries/steps in an IC review have been undertaken and no further documents/information is required from the parties at this stage. The matters are ready for allocation to a Review Officer to conduct the IC review. Matters in which the OAIC is awaiting information/documents from either of the parties or where the OAIC is assisting the parties to resolve the IC review are case managed by the OAIC’s FOI Intake and Early Resolution team and are not included in the report.
